1. General Information • These terms apply to all sales, whether through our website, social media platforms, or in-person. • Bespoke By B operates as a limited company based in the UK. Our registered business address is Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. • We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Orders • Personalisation Details: Customers must ensure that all personalisation details (e.g., names, dates, messages) are correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during submission. • Proofs: If a proof is provided, production will only begin once the proof is approved by the customer. Delays in approval may impact delivery times. • Custom Designs: Custom designs are subject to additional fees, which will be communicated before production begins.

3. Payment • Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received. • Accepted payment methods include most major bank cards, PayPal, Clear pay and Klarna.

4. Production & Turnaround • Standard turnaround time is 10 working days (Weekends are not included) for non-custom orders and [insert time frame, e.g., 5-7 working days] for custom items. • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (e.g., Christmas).

5. Delivery • We offer UK  shipping via Evri. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. • Collection Option: Customers can choose free in-store pickup if applicable. • Lost or Delayed Items: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers. However, we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

6. Refunds and Returns • Personalised Items: Due to the bespoke nature of personalised products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

• Non-Personalised Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Faulty Products: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue.

7. Cancellations • Orders for non-personalised items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. • Personalised or custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

8. Intellectual Property • All designs, graphics, and content remain the property of Bespoke By B. • Customers are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reselling any part of our designs without written permission.

9. Liability • We are not liable for any misuse of our products or damages arising from incorrect application (e.g., for transfers or vinyl). Please follow provided instructions carefully. • Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. 10.
